The service guys are very knowledgeable but the secretaries that answer the phone are not. I have made several appointments and I have specifically told them I would be waiting for my vehicle and they don’t schedule the service that way. It is really frustrating and no apology. I would rather go somewhere else but the mechanics are knowledgeable at Toyota and since I drive a Toyota.
