The wrong door handle had been ordered. The work was not done. We were never called about that. The only way we knew that the work had not been done was when my wife went in late in the afternoon and paid for the service then went out to her car and discovered that the doorhandle had not been fixed. Why weren’t we called in the first place? We left the vehicle early in the morning and we’re without it all day long only to find that the work hadn’t been done. A call would have been nice as it seems that your new texting service Only let us know that the vehicle was ready for pick up.

I brought my car in for a scraping noise and after I duplicated this noise to one of the mechanics during a ride along test drive with Jimmy he confirmed the noise with me an hour or so later they concluded that there was nothing that could be done and I just need to turn my radio up to tune out the sound I refuse to believe this is the solution since I bought the car new and have never had this problem before
