It took 4 hours to get my oil changed this time.It has always only taken 1to2 hours before.

Online appointment system does not talk to the maintenance team in a timely fashion. Made a same day 1pm appointment and employee told me upon arrival that the system doesn’t work very well and they work significantly better with call in appointments. Recommend evaluating online appointment system process to include preventing same day appointments online so employees can use the system for scheduling maintenance correctly.

No loaner. I saw a guy there to drop off his vehicle treated with VIP service and given a loaner to drive even though he was there for regular maintenance. I was there to have recall issues addressed due to Chevy's negligence, so I should have, at the very least, been provided a loaner. Not only did I not receive a loaner, but was told I couldn't get pickup service because it's not provided after 4pm. When I have to have my car serviced after being put in danger due to Chevy's manufacturing defects, I would expect to be treated better.

I just wish someone could figure out what is going on with my actual account on this truck. Everyone tells me something different as to paying for oil changes. This was a GM lease before I bought it and I purchased it in KY from a Chevrolet Dealership so it should have been certified. Half the time I come in I am told things are covered and the other half not so? Just very frustrating. Service is always great though.
