Well, this was Serra’s 2nd chance to prove their service and you failed. Last time I sat for 4 hours waiting on a simple oil change. This time I asked and was told an hour to haour and a half. No problem. Then after 2 hours passed my truck still hadn’t been touched. So finally I got my truck back after 3 1/2 hours. Not once did anyone check on me or even offer to get me a water or soda for my time. Then after watching everyone go to lunch, I had to miss lunch because I was still waiting. I got there at 10:10 and didn’t leave until 1:30. Absolutely unacceptable for an oil change and tire rotation. Especially after being told it would take half that time. There is definitely no service after the sell. Serra wants your business but do want so much to keep it. Luckily Tim was able to have the charge waived. Appreciate him for that. However, it doesn’t give me back the hours I wasted being made to wait. I am in Sales/Service and If I treated my customers like that i would have any.

My experience today was quite disappointing. I had scheduled an online express oil change and was there 3/1.2 hours. I sure hope this doesn't happen on a regular basis.

My truck was there for 2 weeks before it was fixed then when I went to pick it up my driver side door was scratched and dented then went to the body shop for another week. I was also told it would be ready on a certain date multiple times and it was not ready on those dates.

I asked John how long it would take to get my battery changed, he said about 2 hours, I told him ok cause I needed to get to work, John offered to take me to work in Millington,I had to turn the ride down because you would have been closed when I got off and that I would have no way to get my truck. I believe he went above and beyond to take care of me. My truck was ready to go right at 2 hours

I felt repair took too long. For this problem, I would have been out a car 2 days, 3 max. I was without car 5 days. I did call my shop, gateway, when it was power steering only acting up. They advised it would need to be handled by dealer since programming is involved. When it come to light it was alternstor, they probably could have fixed it and sooner than 5 days. The car is performing better so you did property fix it. Downtime was too long.
