Both times we have chosen Serra, something important was wrong. The first time, I made an appointment and when I arrived, there was no appointment scheduled. The most recent time, we requested a crack in the windshield b corrected. The price my husband was quoted and the price we laid were about $40 difference. We will not be returning to Serra.

I just wish that it was explained to me up front that my van manual was switched out and why. I understand now after calling up there myself, but it would have been better if you all told me prior to me leaving the dealership. It took 3 hours to change oil and fuel filter. I also wanted my rims restored to manufacture specifications. I'm not able to put air in my outside set on rear tires because the last time I was there for service they rotated my tires and put the rims on backwards. Let's not talk about the fact they still have not successfully aligned my front end. I have been in 4 times for service and have had issues every time. I question of the service manager is up to the job.

David is the best! He always makes sure my Silverado is taken care of. Today I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and to have a recall done, I was shocked when I was told my truck was ready in less than an hour.My salesman,Paul Seward even saw me in the waiting area and as he always has done he came over gave me a hug and made sure everything was ok. The people at Serra always make you feel welcome and treat you like you're apart of their work family! Great guys and great service!
