Had transmission flush, front and rear differential fluid change, transfer case serviced, oil change, and tires rotated. while driving home, vehicle shifted hard into next gear. I checked transmission fluid per the owners manual and fluid level read low. It was below the cold range even with fluid temperature very near the hot range. Had to return vehicle to have transmission fluid topped off, which is a 52 mile round trip and having to wait another 3.5 hours for the correction and to check out a loud clank I experienced when using four wheel drive after the service was initially done.

Why did it take 2 hours and 45 minutes to get an oil change and tire rotation on my Chevy Colorado? That said, why does your service department refuse to schedule appointments for routine service like this? This is absurd. I took time off of work to be there. You act like my time isn't worth anything. I look forward to your reply. Paul S

My wife is actually the one who brought the Traverse to the dealer for A/C service and it took over five hours to determine the issue with the A/C. That seems to be an excessive amount of time to me. We were leaving the next day to go on vacation so Johnny promised that it would be Taft first thing the next morning and it was.
