Good job and a good price.

I had an appointment for an oil change today at 9:00 AM When I was finally able to talk with someone they mentioned getting a balance and rotation or and an alignment while I was there. I said maybe with me traveling and having 45,000 put on the car in 2 years and I said when it goes above 70-75 miles per hour it shakes so I asked how long it would take because I needed to be at work at 11:00. He offered to keep my car and take me to work and bring my car to my work but I didn’t accept. I let him know I would bring it back another day for the rest and just do my oil change today. He then went and talked with someone and came back saying they could do ALL the work and be done by 10:30. I accepted. I left and came back at 10:30. I let my service man realize I was there then went upstairs. After waiting 30 MINUTES I went down to check on it. John then explained to me it would be about her 10 minutes but he would give me a discount because he knew I was in a bind. I needed to be at work. When I finally got checked out it was 11:24 and my bill was $6.00 off the original total before taxes Before tax quote $150.00 estimate. Bill $158.68. Really? I will not be coming back. The convenience of location does NOT out way the service. I am very disappointed. I feel like I am not the only person that didn’t know where to go upon arriving and only 2 people checking cars in are not enough in the morning hours with people coming in with appointments Stacey J

The service and Johnny were great I got multiple texts telling me what’s going on and a quick turn around. The issue I have is this is the second time I have ever use a dealership to do a repair. The first experience you put a motor in my truck still under warranty. I have done every other repair since, until now I just didn’t have the time time to do the repair. The temp actuator was not working. I had removed the vent that is in its way so replacement was just taking two screws out and removing the actuator and putting on the new one and the two screws tightened. Labor fee that you charged me to do that was $360.91 of which 246.96 is without the diagnostic fee. Seems expensive for two screws that you can view without moving anything to get to them.

Only con was the time it took but, they were extremely busy and at least I was in a nice cool waiting area with AC. Staff was courteous and polite.
