The oil cap was left off my daughters car I checked under hood when I got it home and found it missing then I drove it back and John got them to fix it and I got my money back but I am not happy with the person who did the oil change also what would’ve happened if I hadn’t have checked my teen daughter would have been driving and could have been hurt. But John Trent was very nice and respectful

I actually came in for an oil change, parking assist needs service and my fog lights wouldn’t come on. I was told about your signature fuel system cleaning so I said what the heck. David did a good job keeping me informed with everything and even had my truck delivered back to my house while I was at work. ????????
I noticed my check engine light was on and had my parents drop the truck back off the next day. Apparently the “certified mechanic” could not repair the park assist and totally forgot about my fog lamps. Basically $300 later and I still have the same problem. Your TEAM had my truck for 11 days and I had to call daily, asking the status only to receive the same “I’m not sure”.
If You’re asking my opinion, I would say.
I’m very disappointed with the results along with the waist of time keeping my vehicle. My father picked up my truck today and your employees couldn’t remember where it was, keeping my 80yr old father waiting.
