Was told upfront the service would only take 2-2.5 hours. Instead 4.5 hours later the car was finally ready. That’s extremely too long for a simple oil change. Especially when we get told all it takes is a HS diploma and to be 18 years old. Each time we checked on the status of the work we were told “oh, not much longer”.

Not a happy customer at all. Both David and the assistant manager know what a huge disappointment today was. This automated texting system you use does a much better job communicating than the manager does . Will not use serra again for service and will advise others not to as well. May use my two free oil changes that I had to ask for!! No communication. I had to call at 430 pm and ask for status update . Long story. Ask David and the asst manager .

You had a heads up and I had an appt. so for the 3rd time in my car has never had the electronic system checked out; the scratches on the truck lid polished out. (Those scratches occurred one of the times you had my car last year.). I arrived for my 3:20 apt at 3:05. An hour after my appt time I was told my car was going in next. I don't have much free time to keep coming up there. Also what good is a free two year service contract when it takes over a year to take the time to do the service. I came in last fall with a damaged tire and asked for an oil change and was told I needed an appt. I have my 96 yr old mother to take care of full-time. There are only 6 mos left of my 2 year maintenance deal left. I feel like a whole other year should be added to it. My car purchase included a free wash/detail? That too has yet to be done due to "no time" on your end. My salesman had family medical stuff going on every time he planned to bring my car out there. I finally gave up and made the appt and spent time away from my mother at great sacrifice to her; to get the services done. You need to have more than two mechanics if you are going to continue to make "service appts"!
