I had to bring my vehicle back to Serra within an hour of pick up. Rotor pads and back break loud noise. We asked for one of the best tires to be saved and put in the vehicle and that was not done. Oil change sticker was not installed. We are greatly inconvenienced.

After my oil change I was told by your technician that I had an oil leak. Usually the origin of this leak can be determined by a visual inspection. Your tech could not determine where the leak originated.
I was quite dissapointed.
