I called the night before to set up the oil change. The next morning, I arrived early and spoke with Johnny. I had mentioned that when I spoke with Tim the night before, he had said that it wold take an hour, to an hour and twenty to get it done. All told, it took an hour longer than discussed. I wish I would have known that and wold have rearranged my day.

The service Dept. Had my vehicle 4 1/2 days this week & 3 1/2 days last week trying to find where a squeak was coming from when going over bumps. Finally on Friday, 3/30 I was told That the problem was found & fixed. I picked Up my vehicle, drove away, less than a mile down the road I could hear the same squeaking noise that it was making prior to me taking the vehicle in to the service department. I’ve had my 2017 Tahoe less than 5 months, it only has a few thousand miles in it. This vehicle is too new to sound like it does.

Mr Cox was absolutely awesome! Gave me great advice on what services to get that fit in my budget. He took time to drive me to work in his own vehicle when no loaner cars were available. I had an appointment the car was kelpt 3 days and still was not foxed.Ipicked it up because needed it and made another appointment and had to leave it 2 days.It was not her fault she was nice and very professional.She said you were short on techs.My problem is why make an appointment if it is going to take that long to get the work done.

I came to get my oil changed Micheal Cox assisted me I arrived at 12:30 I didn’t leave until 3:30 . My whole day was spent there and as I waited I notice that people who came in after me left before me . I was very displeased with my experience . This was my 2nd time coming to receive my free oil change and I honestly don’t know how I feel about returning . I guess all free things not good . Not the best experience I most definitely don’t want him helping me again with such unfairly treatment . If I really didn’t need the services I would’ve left I spent my only off day getting my oil changed and I wasn’t able to handle any business I needed to handle !!!!Customer Service is everything
