The Job was done, won’t be able to tell until I am on the road. I did expect a more prompt response/greeting when I arrived. I waited in my vehicle to be greeted but none of the service writers came forward. I got off and proceeded to the S W work station and waited for over 5 minutes before being asked If I had been helped. I don’t know if you have a shuttle but I was not asked if I needed one. I had to ask if there was a lounge available to wait. All of your service writers seemed like they had a bad night that was carried over into their jobs.

It took seven hours to determine if my truck would be repaired that day when I brought it in for service. I was told multiple times it would only be another "45 minutes to an hour" before we the issue resolved. I ended up having to take a loaner truck for the rest of the week. When the service mgr. called to tell me my truck was finally ready to be picked up I was told he would have the truck cleaned up. When I arrived to pick the truck up this morning it had been parked outside all weekend and had not been cleaned.

It had nothing to do with the services of Johnny. He was very conscientious of what I was feeling about the problems I was having with my air conditioner. This is the second time I have spent over a thousand dollars to get a/c repaired. He accommodated me the best he could. However, when I picked my truck up the spare was not put back on my truck. I did not know it went under the vehicle, so why was it not put back. Laziness ? Other than that...

I have been coming to Serra Chevrolet for years whenever I need service on my cars. I had a situation where service I paid for at Serra was not completed. I was very disappointed and it made me question if the other service that I paid for was actually completed. Michael Cox singlehandedly resolved the situation and made sure that things were resolved, apologized for the service teams mistake and made sure I walked away a satisfied customer.
