I came there for an estimate to repair my door, I already knew what was wrong with it. I told the consultant the problem and wanted to get an estimate. Instead I got a bill for $132. for a diagnostic, which I already knew and told you. I was treated with great care by the consultant but I don't have anything nice to how Serra.Chevroletjust take money from senior citizens. You don't have to worry about keeping or getting any more of my business

It was the service u received before she waited in me
I arrived 6:45am as about seven others ahead of me
I waited and waited as I watched several people
Walk to counter that we're not in line and get waited on before everyone one else
This was very upsetting to get there on time and
Not get waited in till almost 7:20 am and that u only that
I walked to counter where Savannaha was
She was not the one waiting on customers before everyone else
It was the man in first cube and man in front of her
Savannaha did all she could to get me taken care if
She spoke to the manager and moved my vexhiele
Up to get waited on

Day of my service

I arrived at the dealership at 630am. I was the first car to go back for an oil change. My oil change wasn't complete until 833am. I arrived extra early to guarantee getting in and out. I was very disappointed with the service I received this visit.
