Thanks to Mr. Lowe for delivering both of my vehicles in a timely manner and when promised. A special mention to the young man that works there (4th work station)who assisted me during a very busy time when Mr. Lowe was busy with another customer, he made things happen and expedited my checkout while juggling other customers both in person and on the phone. He is a hard charger who takes care of business immediately and keeps everything flowing in the right direction. Johnny is always great. I still had the problem I came in with after spending almost $250 and my check engine light came on right after I left for work. I now have to make another trip to Sera in the morning. Hopefully the problem will get fixed tomorrow.
