Was told my car was ready on Friday for pickup, I went the following Monday to pick it up and waited about 30 minutes before they told me the paperwork was not complete and to come back after 12:00pm. I gave ample amount of time to complete the paperwork and returned at 2:30pm. I still waited another 45 minutes for my car to be ready and then only to find my Tahoe was not fixed of the problem it was brought in for. This is very frustrating considering my car was at the dealership for one month.

I had an appointment scheduled a week in advance for 8:45 AM. When I arrived I was told that It would take an hour and a half before they even touched my vehicle and the service itself would take about 45 minutes. I was angry especially because this was my first service for my vehicle. The guy told me “it’s like a doctors office” I told them nevermind, I would go elsewhere. I went to speak to the salesman who sold me my vehicle because I was told when I bought the car that the first two service appointments were free. He saw me before I got out of my car and met me in the parking lot. I told him what I was angry about and he said he would take care of It. He spoke with someone and next thing I know my vehicle was able to be serviced immediately. If not for that, I would never go to your dealership again for service. If I have an appointment I expect to be serviced at that appointment time. The guy who told me “it’s like a doctor’s Office” should not be dealing with customers. He could care less if a customer comes there for service. I’m not sure if his name but, he was working in the first station inside the bay doors.
