Quick and easy thanks

Waited outside the door in the truck but no one opened the door to let me drive in. Finally got out and walked in only to stand around for several minutes without even being acknowledged. Went to sales desk and a sales manager there made sure I was taken care of by a service person. The service person and I had a nice conversation and I left happy. I was kind of let down when the truck was returned. Most places used to give you a quick wash and vacuum when you went in for service. Guess those days are over. I will in fact be returning. Not mad or upset just being honest with your question. As a business owner myself I want to hear of problems so that I can fix them in the future. See you soon for my next oil change and service!
