I was satisfied with the rear windshield’s tint removal and replacement.
However, whoever worked on my car reset all of my FM1 preset radio stations. Three preset buttons were changed to Spanish language radio stations and 3 were set to rock stations I don’t listen too.
This was completely unprofessional. And, it made me wonder, “Am I being trolled or plunked? Why would someone reset all of my FM1 radio station presets?” I had my children’s Covid masks in my front passenger seat, and because of this radio station change, I wondered, “What else has been changed that I don’t know about? Can I trust that they haven’t tampered with my children’s Covid masks? Do I need to throw them out and buy new masks? What the f—- happened? Why did some worker at Longo Toyota mess with my car like that?”
Based on this insensitive act, I can honestly say I can no longer recommend people to take their cars for repairs at Longo for this kind of unprofessional behavior.
