Replacement of a battery and not a full negative terminal a 5.00 part and waiting 5 hrs is a rippoff I priced the battery at 6 places I know it’s a dealership and you make your money on service but seriously not raking over the coals almost 300.00 my son runs 6 shops I don’t deal with family but 200.00 would have been great and you still would have made money ,shame on you .

I scheduled an appointment like I always do and when I got there I was told it would be a 2.5 hour wait because they didn’t have the oil filter and that he could schedule me another time to come back. I said I would wait as it is hard fir me to find time to get there to take care of it. After the 2.5 hours I was told they didn’t have to part yet. Then he said he would get the manage to talk to me and after 20 minutes waiting I went to the desk and asked another rep to go find them as I had to leave. The manager just said since it’s not a toyota car they don’t stock the filter and it takes some time to get it. He than said they could comp me the car wash (which I bought the car when they said car washes for life would be free). I said ok let them know I will not buy another car or get any further services from longo and left. I was so excited to buy from a ca company (even my husband who doesn’t really like toyota bought a new toyota truck from you guys) since I am from vacation as well and have told so many people about it and how safe I feel as a woman getting my non toyota car serviced there. Now I will have the chance to let them all know this new side of this company and make sure they all know what happened. I’m so sad to say that whatever happened from when I bought my car and Friday is very disappointing.
