It was a good experience, while I hope to not have my truck in for more than routine maintenance, I look forward to entrusting my truck to Chase again when needed.

Weston was great!! He provided me with regular updates on my vehicle and went to bat for me to get me a rental vehicle while the parts to have my vehicle repair were delayed. In addition, the quickness in which my car was completed once the parts arrived was great!! Overall, my experience was good.
However - I was slightly disappointed that I had to really push to be given a rental car because of delayed parts getting to the dealership for repair. I had to go back and forth with the service manager and finally had to say that I would take my business elsewhere before I was given a rental free of charge. I would suggest getting a loaner car program at your facility for cases like mine. Toyota McKinney has one and it’s a very nice perk at that dealership for repairs and longer service appointments.
Again - Weston was great and my overall experience was good.

Service manager needs a lesson on customer service and the ability to see the big picture and how to make a bad situation right ... He did not!!! Have owned a Toyota since I was a junior in high school and one of the most disappointing examples of customer service I’ve experienced at any Toyota dealership and that’s bad considering I’ve dealt with Toyota of Dallas. Not sure why I’m even taking the time to write this as it will not matter.
