I had an 11 AM appointment which I showed up for 20 minutes early. From the time of my appointment. It took almost 2 hours for a simple oil change and car inspection. That seems a little excessive. I would have thought that an hour should have been plenty of time. I have no idea why it took so long.

Kenneth and David ALWAYS take care of me. Even squeezed me in last minute before close on a Friday to complete my service Saturday for an urgent matter. My wife drives a Lexus and I regularly take her vehicle to the dealer for service but their “premium” service pales in comparison to the service team at Longo Toyota (particularly Kenneth and David). Keep up the good work!!!!
