I had a slow leak in my tire. Was told that they could not pin point the area of where the leak was. I go back to get a diaper out of my car and my car is down and 3 techs are in front of it. While 2 was not doing anything the other seems to be eating his lunch. Cisco asked them if they found the leak, one replied no. While the other continues to eat Then I said that the perception to reality here is they wouldn’t be able to find anything if they are having lunch while I wait with my 2 year old for 1.5 hours. I was told that my tread was low and that it was recommend to replace both tires and get an alignment. Made me think that they didn’t give full attention to detail in the procedures I was told. After I came back, I was contacted by Cisco that they found the micro tear within about 10 minutes. He began to show me on the paper diagram where it was but I didn’t bother for I chose to discuss this with my wife on if I want to come back to this location. As I packed up my son in the car, I went to go see where they marked the tear. I didn’t see any markings on where the tear was in my tire. That could be the procedure but still questioning the integrity of my service. I own 2 vehicles and they are both Toyota. I believe Toyota has the best customer service base from start to finish to include continued service and relationship but this experience came short of the standard set by Toyota.
