I asked the service advisor not to wash my car and I received it back with water on it that had started to spot in several areas. I ask you not to wash my car not to save you water but because I hand wash it myself and I am very particular about how its washed and what products are used. I am afraid that the techniques you have to use at your dealership are not those known to keep from inducing swirl marks and marring. I had washed the car two days earlier and it had not spent more than an hour outside, I'm not sure why you guys would send a clean car through the wash. Are your employees allowed to make this decision when a customer doesn't ask you specifically to refrain from washing it? I was happy to find that a noise that started the last time i was there is now gone, i believe it was the skid plate not being reinstalled properly.
Good news about my visit is that I enjoy coming to your facility, the staff is nice and the place is clean. Is it possible to get a note on my account to not ever wash my car if I decide to come back? I'm pretty frustrated right now but the two other dealerships I have taken the car to previously have actually damaged my wheels multiple times due to tools hitting the black paint and leaving scratched and chips near the lug nuts. Thankfully a rotation was not included and I didnt have to worry about that happening again...so you might actually receive my business in another 5000 miles.
