Millie was great! The service team in the back took 2hours to for a scheduled oil change and state inspection. Which is a 45 minute job... I use Longo for the convenience of location., but in today’s service industry speed is vitally important. This maybe a one time thing but this was not my best experience at Longo.

After 30 minutes of waiting I went to the counter to get my vehicle checked in, because no one had called me to check me in. Additionally, they had to locate someone to check me out upon completion of service. A final note,when I purchased my vehicle I was told I would get a complimentary detail anytime I brought my car in. This is the second time I’ve had it in service and it did not get vacuumed, or cleaned at all.

The service technicians at Longo put a sticker on the window... stating an oil change is due in 5,000 miles. This is not correct! The owner's manual states that it is 7,500 miles for the Yaris iA, which is actually a Mazda design. So, the result is that I prematurely used my free oil changes, unnecessarily. Also, the paperwork states the tires were rotated... but, I have a lock on the wheels. So, why is nobody asking me for the key? My car now has 13k miles and the tires haven't been rotated.
