Chris was so helpful. The tire was not in tire on Monday, so I had to take back on Tues. I didn't have an appointment, but because ai was there on Mon, he left an open invoice and I was helped right away. Plus he took care of my 5000 mile service. No matter what I go to the dealership for, I am treated with curtesy and respect. I'm treated like royalty. Never had such great service before. Thank you and I'm so glad I bought a Toyota. Everyday, I find out more features I never knew about. It's like Christmas every day...more surprises as I am learning about my Corolla.

I arrived before my scheduled appointment time and had to wait 15 minutes for a service advisor to check me in. At the McKinney and Lewisville locations as soon as you pull up to service someone is available to assist you. Also when I picked up the car I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to find my service advisor to check out. Most dealerships the cashier has the keys and you check out with them. I had a coupon for 10% off services that I was unable to use because the dealership claimed they gave me a discount on oil change and tire rotation. I went online and saw the special for oil change but not tire rotation. I don't believe I was given any type of discount. I just feel they did not want to accept the coupon. Overall I am not impressed with the service department and would rather travel to another location for better customer service.
