Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I like the wait area it helps time fly faster. My only issue was I was there for 2 hrs for my 10,000 mile maintenance. After I got there they became busy. People who came after me left before me. I am sure they were taking care of “paying” customers first but 2 hrs seemed a little excessive.

I scheduled my maintenance in advance. I arrived a bit early. The one hour service didn’t finish until 3 hours had passed. The car was wet, supposedly having gone through a wash, but it was not close to clean. My service rep was very apologetic, and I don’t blame him at all, but your scheduling department needs to get much better. If this happens again I’ll probably go to McKinney in the future.
