My daughter got sick in the second row on Monday night and the Service Manager, David, took my Highlander in first thing on Tuesday morning to do a complete detail AND did my 15,000 service while it was in the service center.
Thank you guys so much for taking care of my gross mess - and for doing it so quickly and doing a great job! I have the nose of a bloodhound and I did not expect to be this pleased!
The smell is totally gone and the whole car looks new again!
