I was told replacing my radio in my car would fix the issue I was having with texting or messaging. It did not! What is Toyota going to do to fix this issue with their cars not working with the iPhone 100%? I have three options, 1) have Toyota come up with a fix. 2) trade my car in for a Honda, I'm at the dealer now talking money. 3) keep my POS Toyota and put a sign on the back of it warning consumers their iPhones won't work 100%. I will let everyone I know that Toyota cars ****! Don't buy one, you need to fix this, your system ****, if I had known this I would have bought a Honda! Well I should make a sign alerting car buyers of the defect in your cars so they can make an informed decision. You know what, I'm going to find me a lawyer for a class action lawsuit against Toyota! You failed to disclose to me your crappy system would not work with my iPhone!

I was told my car would be done by 1:15. It was 1:50 and no one had said anything to me about the status of my car (I was checked in at around 11:50). I had to walk up to the counter and ask a different rep (because mine was no where to be seen) to help me with the status of my vehicle. They then went over to Chris’s counter I .and pulled the paperwork right off his desk. It had been sitting there the whole time. Another rap tried to check me out but then had problems. That was when Chris showed up. He then checked me out and told me my car was parked without verifying and sent me off to the wrong car. Such a disappointing service and experience!

The service process is good but your check in team was understaffed that day so it took awhile to get checked in. Service “completed” on time but not until Sunday did I realize the concern. Fan belts were squeaking so I raised the hood to find frayed belts? Your team replaced the timing belt and didn’t notice the condition of the other belts? This vehicle is my sons who lived in Arkansas and he had to leave Sunday. Had to pay labor again to replace belts that should have been done on Friday.
