To whom this may concern,
I initially brought my highlander in on 7/30 for my lift gate issue where lift gate will go down when I press the button to close and then opens back up. I showed him the enhancement warranty paper about the issue and he said they will take a look at it and should be covered under the warranty. He called me and stated that this issue was not covered under warranty and there were some loose screws/clips in the quarter panel or something and that I would need to pay for it to get fixed. I told him to go ahead and fix it. When I picked it up, I asked if the lift gate issue was fixed and he stated yes. I paid for it and took my car home. I did not test the lift gate to see if it works, I just took his word for it. A few days later, I had to use it and the lift gate still will not close and come back open. I then reviewed the receipt that I got and it stated that I brought in the car b/c the lift gate was making noise when opening and closing. I did not bring it in for that. I called back on 8/1 to make an appointment letting them know that I still have the same issue with the lift gate. I had to cancel the appointment since I had somethings I had to take care of. I then was able to make an appointment for 9/4. When I took it in, I told him that I still have the lift gate issue and showed him the warranty paper again. I got a call from a technician and stated that it would be covered under warranty. I feel that I should not have to pay what I paid when I initially brought it in since issue that was not the reason I had brought it in.

Millie was great. Very easy to work with and positive energy. The only improvement I would recommend is to the person - I believe named Hannah who scheduled my appointment - is that when someone asks if there will be a shuttle service available to be sure she is aware of the shuttle drivers lunch Brand break schedule and inform the customer accordingly. I was fine with waiting, but imagine others would have been less patient as I was told a shuttle would be available when I scheduled.
