When someone has an appointment for an oil change, it shouldn't take an hour and a half to do it. The first five were included in the truck purchase and I've done four so you have one more shot to honor my appointment time. Otherwise, I'll use the reputable shop next to my house for a few bucks more or I'll do it myself. It's literally a ten minute job at the most so I'll even give you an extra 20 but a half hour is enough for oil. I mean really? On another note, Stacy is a great customer service guy. I'm a sales manager at my company so I'm probably qualified to say so. An hour and a half oil change falls on the service manager. Since I took the time to write this, let me know it went above the service manager, please.
