Dakota was great and very helpful. However, I was in the week before and had to reschedule my maintenance appointment per my request. The service person did not offer a loan vehicle even though my appointment would take several hours. Also, your car washes are terrible. You could at least wipe off the windshields. Very disappointed with customer service thus far. I expected more with my Land Cruiser purchase. Should have purchased elsewhere.
