Booked a 4:45 appt online for state inspection and 50K service. Called at 12:00 to make sure wasn’t going to be a problem since late appt and was told no. Then after it took 1 hour from arrival to be checked in, was told I could do one or the other service but not both given how late as it wasn’t fair to his guys to stay late. I asked what else could be done and after no reply I asked if he could put me in a loaner overnight so all could be done at one time which he agreed to. Then when checking in for the car my wife’s name was on the insurance card but not mine so she explained that was against policy but didn’t offer any solution. I asked if I could call my insurance company to have them fax over what was needed and she said sure. This worked ultimately. My disappointment is that with a company that’s six sigma trained and as supposedly customer-ficused as Toyota, I would have expected them to problem solve. I don’t think it should have been up to me.

Waited to tell me an hour after I got there to tell me garage was too backed up to rotate tires (I even had an appointment made online)- forced me to make a return trip and be late to my job. A simple phone call PRIOR to me arriving would have been more appropriate- this was the 3rd appointment made (5k, 10k were previos) where the situation didn’t run smoothly as promised/staff unknowledgable when I bought the vehicle and the diamond level maintenance package - this was the 3rd strike literally and will be posting on social media (primarily Neighborhood Facebook group and Nextdoor app that not only covers Windsong ranch, but surrounding neighborhoods and communities - you all are an embarrassment to prosper!!!

Millie was phenomenal—I just moved to the area, and have only had oil changes done at Toyota dealerships in the past. The service at Longo—and especially Millie—far exceeded any service experience I have had at any Toyota dealership in 18 years of owning Toyotas. Very friendly, welcoming, and sincere. She’s a great team member I hope they are paying her well enough to keep her. Longo Toyota itself was very good as well, but she sealed the deal on them getting our business as long as we live here.
