Chris Kite was my service technician. I told him I’m in for the 10,000 mile service and that I’d also like to have them check my alignment and wheel balancing. He quickly asked what’s wrong with my alignment and tires and I said I’m not sure if there is a real problem, but the car stears a bit to the right and since the alignment and balancing are part of Toyota Care manufacturers warranty, I’d like to take advantage of that service. He then snipped “yes, but if there is nothing wrong then you ARE just ‘taking advantage ‘“. I found this an unprofessional response and the first time I had a bad exchange with any employee at Longo Toyota. I travel out of my way to Longo for the service and can easily go to a local shop if I want to be shipped at. To top off, my car did need an alignment and was placed on the machine, though it still seems to me that it pulls right. Chris informed me that it’s aligned. Most problematic, Chris never provided me any paperwork about my visit claiming “they are still working on it and it will be emailed to you”. I have yet to receive ANY paperwork detailing my service. This visit was unacceptable. I’d like my paperwork as promised and a recheck of my alignment. Thank you.
