When we drop off the car for an appointment we are always asked to go inside and wait to talk to someone. It would be more convenient if the assumption was at drop off for an appointment that we can leave immediately and only stay if there is something we need to discuss with someone.
This is always an awkward interaction with the person receiving our drop off.

Not happy at all. I don’t think they took time to fully analyze our issue. They simply topped off the windshield washer fluid and said everything was fine. Upon drop off they were told details and when I got home after my daughter picked up the vehicle and told me what was done I was so disappointed. There’s something leaking at the bottom the car today exactly under the washer fluid tank and so will be calling back for follow up.
