Millie was fantastic! She was very kind, professional and listened to my requests regarding services needed. She was personable and engaged in conversation while she got everything together for me.
My complaint is not against Millie but whoever told Millie that my Camry no longer has Bluetooth capability & more or less I’m SOL. I told Millie that my phone worked with the Bluetooth then I got a new phone and it no longer works. I had a Samsung galaxy s7 & it used to pair with the car just fine. Millie said she was told that the car will no longer have Bluetooth capability because our car is outdated with the newer phones and nothing could be done about it.
I called Toyota of McKinney where we’ve always taken our car and they told us that it absolutely can be fixed and explained to me what needed to be done. I will be taking my car there since they seem to have more knowledge and expertise in the matter.
I hope the proper training and knowledge will improve at Longo since it’s closer to home but For now I guess I’ll continue my drive to Toyota of McKinney.
