There is no need to call me. I had my truck in for an oil change and It took almost 2 hours to complete. Apparently my service rep went to lunch and no one else picked up for him. However, he did not charge me for the oil change. I’m disappointed with the service, but steps were taken to make it right. I will try again.

When I asked the service guy a question he literally ignored me and kept reading. Then said what. Passive aggressive behavior. I drove up and theee guys met me. I explained what I wanted done and they said ok. I then sat down. I did not know I was to talk to a person behind a desk. This guy reprimanded me and said he needed to be the one to know information. Very rude. After oil change I got in my car and the runner roof strip was not put on. Something I asked for to be done when I arrived. No customer service or trying to please customer. Seems like I was an annoyance to the service guy at the desk.

We’re so pleased with this location!! It felt similar to when we have to get our Lexus serviced. We no longer have to go to Toyota of Plano. The distance and the service and experience there is not worth it. You have new loyal customers.

Simple 10K service w appointment. Took 3 hours & 15 minutes. I was given vehicle ‘complete’ with extreme death wobble starting at 50 mph & string pull to the right. It took me 2 minutes to find this out. Very disappointing. I turned around to return & called to make sure they were ready for me & was told service was closed. Got to a manager & when I showed up he got ‘Chris’ to assist. Chris fixed the issues which I truly appreciate but it shouldn’t have been a problem. He noted my tires often do this at 10K miles. I let him know they had 35K as they came from my previous 4Runner. Never a problem. The steering wheel is now off center & if straightened drives to the left. I am on vacation for 10 days in this vehicle but will return when back in Prosper. Not a comforting feeling for a road trip.
