Longo Toyota is undoubtedly the best dealership anywhere. I detest dealerships and have refused to set foot in one for nearly 20 years. Until I bought from you this January I had not been on a lot in ages. I bought my 3 previous vehicles by texting the only person I would even discuss the matter with when I wanted a new truck. I would literally text “it’s time for a new truck”. He’d show up at either my home or my office 3-5 days later with paperwork I’d sign, and we’d swap. That’s how strong my dislike is for dealerships and car sales personnel. However, you folks have won a very happy, very loyal lifelong customer.

I’m dissatisfied with Toyota not the dealership. I bought a camry from Toyota of Grapevine and it has problems that Toyota can’t seem to figure out how to fix.
Your service personnel have tried to help me the best they could but 9 months into owning this car and multiple service visits later, it still has problems like the check brakes system light coming at random times.

I was told my battery was in good working condition. That was not the case. My battery was low on sulphuric acid and I was left stranded right after I left the dealership. Instead of you guys filling it up with the acid i had to buy a new battery and pay for a jumpstart. Not cool at all.

I made an online appointment for two vehicles to be dropped off this morning. The first at 8:15 AM and then the second at 8:30 AM. We dropped off the vehicles, we were able to take the courtesy van back home and get another vehicle for the day. We did not hear anything from our service advisor and called about 2 PM that afternoon. He then informed us that our vehicles would not even be looked at until at least 4:00 PM and would not be repaired today.
It is my opinion that this information should have been made clear at the time we dropped off the vehicles. Our service advisor then told us we should have read the fine print that was on the paperwork that we signed this morning with the preliminary quote for services requested.
I questioned why would be allowed to make an appointment with no expection of having our vechicles repaired today. He further explained that you could not possibly have technicians standing around and waiting on people to arrive. His attitude was snarking and unhelpful. His apologies were flippant and he was more concerned about justifying his behavior then listening to my questions.
We then received an email receipt for someone else’s repair. We then received a text saying that my husband’s truck was ready and it was not.
Overall, it was a very poor first impression. 3 of our 4 cars are Toyota’s and your customer service was unfortunately a disappointment.
