We are completely satisfied with the service we received from David and the service team. We are disappointed however that we had to bring the truck back in from our home 40 miles away and give up an afternoon off to rectify something that should have been caught if the 160 point Inspection had been fully completed prior to our purchase as it was purported to be. We still feel that we received excellent service, but we we will do a better job of double checking work in the future. Incidentally, our sales woman Andrea is the only one who acknowledged that it was an unnecessary inconvenience for us, rather than the service department who should have been slightly embarrassed that it wasn't checked as they had said it was in the inspection. A simple I'm sorry goes a long ways. Overall we've had a wonderful experience, this is just a small hassle in the big picture and I am loving my truck. We will be back for our service needs as the customer service at Longo is FAR superior to that of the Toyota dealership near our home and we've been telling everyone who asks about our new truck to come see Andrea.

I called to speak to Dakota today 4/10/18!at approximately 3:30PM to ask if the windshield (on order) had arrived. I’m very concerned because my wife is driving around with 3 major breaks/cracks from the recent hail storm (safety hazard) and Dakota didn’t return the message I left for him—this lack of care, empathy and courtesy is not what I expected as a loyal customer who recently purchased a 2018 Tundra from Longo Toyota of Prosper. Makes me feel like I should have stayed with Pat Lobb.

Drove to LONGO in November for Takata airbag recall. Given run around but was told I would be put on “the list” and would be called as soon as parts were in. No return call in November, December, January, February, March, or April. Returned last week and and was told the parts were in now. Nobody knows who dropped the ball, when the parts were actually in stock, or who had “the list”. WOW, how irresponsible! Got an appointment for the next Monday. Got a rental for this “two and one half hour” job. Got phone call from LONGO six (6) hours later to advise me that job was done. WOW, again. Customer service not good. I can only hope the new airbag was put in correctly or at all.

Normally when my car get serviced they gave us a car wash plus my car may get vacuumed plus they bring the car to a well easy place to drive out, here just leave the car were I could not take out, cars were parked both side and my back not even a space to take my car out. Also PLANO Toyota said that it only took 3 hours to replace my slide door sensor here they told me 6 hours. I think your consultants thought that I don’t know nothing about it. I just keep my mouth shut and just done my regular service. Also My front area store space box was messed up now it keep opening when I am driving and when they took my saftery lock to remove my tire they didn’t stored back where it suppose to be. I won’t recommend anybody to this place with my bad experience that I had already.
