No issues with Dakota, but I find it odd that I was given at 13pm service appointment and told it would take a few hours before my vehicle would be started on. It turned out to be less time than that, but still threw a wrench in my plans for the day. Also, the lady that picked me up to take me back to the dealership in the shuttle is probably not someone you want driving your customers around. While getting impatient with a driver in front of us that didn’t know which way they wanted to go while turning onto 380, my shuttle driver started to illegally go around the car in front of us, but then stopped as that car finally went. Then out of frustration, my shuttle driver gunned it and nearly clipped a car turning left that had the right of way. Not exactly a relaxing or safe feeling experience.unfortonatey, I did not catch her name.

Please have the manager of services call me and I will explain why I am rating this experience this low. In a nutshell - I had to take my vehicle three times to your dealership to get it fixed for the same issue - wheel alignment. Frankly, I am still not confident that it is fixed because I have no confidence in the service department so I will have to take the vehicle to a different Toyota dealership just to have an independent option - this will cost me time and money on top of the time and money I have wasted so far on this issue.
