Great service!!!!!

There seems to be a few gaps in processes: 1) Dropped the car off after woman completed iPad information but there wasn't a specialist at reception area to talk to so sat down. No one checked for vehicles that hadn't been flagged for service so 30 minutes went by before I approached someone. It was then noticed that myself and another women didn't get proper engagement from reps in lobby area. My vehicle was then sent to service area after I spoke about what I wanted done. 2) I requested an oil change and a check on the tire pressure sensors because the dash notification was flashing indicating sensors were malfunctioning. After the work was done on the vehicle (2 1/2 hours after arriving) I saw my vehicle headed back to reception area. It sat for about 15 minutes and inquired about it. Work was now complete and able to drive off. Unfortunately, when I got into car my tire pressure sensor was still flashing and hadn't even been looked at. What's the point of asking a customer for service AND providing a vehicle inspection form with area specifically for "Brake and Tire" if these types of things aren't identified and addressed (in this case the customer even identified it for you and it was disregarded)? Anyway, after waiting 2 1/2 hours for oil change and not getting my tire pressure sensors fixed I just drove off. I want to go to LONGO because it's convenient and you've got a fantastic facility but I've got to get better service than that. Thanks.

Oil change took 1 hour 20 minutes. Very few clients present Greasy fingerprints left on chrome bulge of hood Was “told” there was some corrosion on battery connector. Thought it should have been cleaned if noticed.

Dakota was nice and helpful. The next day I met Billy and I liked him a lot. He rode with me for a road test on my vehicle and listened to my concerns.

Great Service Advisor. Good, clear Communication. Nice, clean show Room. First time to Longo. Dakota was awesome. I will return for the service on our Jeep because of his customer based service. I will likely stop there first the next time we are looking for a used car; or if I decide to by a Toyota. Sorry, always been a Ford man. Thank you Dakota and the service team for your hard work. Well done.
