She is an asset to Longo Toyota, and I hope to see her again when I’m in for my 15k service.

Got a call from Longo, due to my dissatisfaction with how my service went with my 4Runner. While Amy was courteous and friendly, her attempt to make up for the experience was to have me bring my vehicle back to the dealership so it could be detailed inside and out. This would entail me going out of my way to go by the dealership, drop off my vehicle or wait for it. Since part of my issue was the time to get my vehicle back, how does this make me feel better? Further, I spent $2600 to get my 4Runner repaired, and the fix was to give me something I could get for $20-40 at local car wash. Doesn’t seem like a perk to me.
As I told Amy, I was not asking for anything from Longo, I was only giving my opinion as to how things could have been handled better.

David has been great; however my brand new truck has now been to the service shop two times in less than three weeks from purchase date and has to go back for a third time to fix the same problem: which is an ongoing malfunction/ communication issue with the pre collision system/ wireing connection. Time is money; and it is a little frustrating I will be going to the shop now for the third time on a brand new truck; each time it’s time out of my day time away from my family or time away from my job. This is a problem that I feel should have been quality tested before this truck was put on the road & or should be a one day/time fix - not three trips.
