I really appreciated his patience in explaining everything and breaking down my options for me. They were all incredibly easy to work with. My husband was also very impressed with the facilities and the customer service that he received by the gentleman who handled our car at delivery. And thank you for the car wash!

Everything was great with one exception. I’ve been there twice and each time my driver seat is completely adjusted. It’s a small thing. But it takes me days to readjust the seat to the perfect position for me.

Was promised my 4Runner on Friday, didn’t have it until Tuesday. It may have been ready on Monday but my service advisor was off that day. Don’t see why the employees work schedule should necessitate delaying getting me my vehicle. Also, if a car is provided to me to allow me to move around while y’all work on my vehicle, the rental people should check with service before calling and asking when I’m going to return the vehicle.
Overall, the service advisor did a good job, but was slow in responding to my phone calls. The real issue lies with the mechanic who told my advisor he would be done with it on Friday.
