I was pretty shocked at the cost but David was professional and helpful. I told the ladies at front I was a sucker for oatmeal raisin cookies so they made some. Everyone was friendly. Ran into delays getting parts but dealer made up for it with a loaner so that was good.

All was good with one exception. Came in for a State inspection, tire rotation and oil change. Ended up with a full brake job, and the inspection was never done. Had to come back in for the inspection. Dakota took care of it very quickly.

I’ve already voiced my complaint about wasting 2 hours of my day on a scheduled service appointment to change out 2 tires. There were 2 communication breakdowns that happened within your service team: 1.the tires ordered for my car somehow disappeared between the time Stacy called to tell me they were in (on Friday 2/9) and my scheduled appointment (on Monday 2/11), 2. I was in the dealership waiting for my tires to be installed and wasn’t told the tires were not there until I inquired about my van after waiting over an hour. Who knows how much more time I would have wasted had I not inquired, myself. Terrible communication within your team. I was also told the tires weren’t scheduled to be delivered until Monday and they hadn’t arrived which doesn't match what Stacy told me. Why would I have made the appointment if the tires weren’t already there?? When all was said and done I had wasted 2 hours of my day and drove home in a rental car (I was also late in getting home for my elementary-aged son who was home alone for 15 minutes after school).
