Eye opening. Your competitor told me 10 months ago brakes were measuring 7 & have been telling me each time it’s coming. Last visit told me front brakes would be needed next visit. You guys measured 9 & 10 with back needing it first. I showed all my documentation. Shows me that changing to you (being so much closer) was right choice as other dealer wanted my $ way before actually needed. Thank you for finally opening!

Dropped my van off for a 'we owe' early in the AM and the service department didn't know why I was there initially, and didn't have a copy of my 'we owe'. Straightened that out and got a loaner, which made me happy. Asked them to install my tags, which had arrived the previous day or so. Got a call that the USB's we'd wanted installed would not be done today for one reason or another, but car would otherwise be ready.
Picked up my van at about 2:30 (they were installing the tags at that point which confused me because it had been there since 8am) ; talked with salesperson about USB placement for a future appointment and went home. Took my kids and friend out that evening and got pulled over because the registration sticker was not on the windshield. I don't understand why that was not done when the tags were installed on the car. Seems like communication could stand improvement. Thanks!

Very nice atmosphere-service rep was very polite. Stated I would get a car wash , and appeared that did not happen. Left Toyota of McKinney -very slow and car wash never working.
