Disappointed the car did not get a complimentary wash and vacuum even after I asked upon checking in. They did not appear busy and only one other person was in the waiting area. This is something I always look forward to. I always go to Gapevive where I purchased my car but thought I would try your location out since it’s so much closer.

Positives: nice amenities, especially the kids room and the game consoles. Your service technician Dakota was polite and he took care of me.
Negatives: your car was was ridiculously bad—very little attention was paid to the actually cleanliness of my truck. The interior wasn’t even vacuumed. I always look forward to service because of this added benefit, and I was very dissapointed. I spent an hour this weekend cleaning the rest of my truck thinking about it. It’s a small thing I suppose, but it suggests a general attitude that I think is going to cost you more valuable business in the long run.
