Just a suggestion- I explained why I was there to the curb side tech and he wrote it down and showed me to the waiting area. After I was settled in to the waiting room the service person came over and asked me to join him at his computer station to repeat the whole thing. Just seemed like this could be streamlined.

Service of the vehicle was great.The service tech that assisted me, Dalton was very helpful. My only complaint is it took 35 minutes to get my rental car. This was from the point of the lady receiving my paperwork. No one was ahead of me, just seemed rather long. She worked very inefficiently. I asked if she read Toyota Way and she stated no. She may need to read it.
