Stacy was great. The problem was that i had a 915 appointment and my car was not worked on for at least 2 hours as best i can estimate. It was an oil change and 35,000 checkup which included a tire rotation. I think my car was just lost in shuffle. I pulled out at 12:09. Very frustrating and this should never have happened. Stacy was very apologetic on behalf of the dealership and he handled what was not his fault, well.

Only thing. Had an appointment at 7:30am , sat and waited for about 10-15 minutes before someone came and talked to me in the service line. Maybe setup a separate line for appointments only. Other than that, the experience was great overall. My car’s 20k check didn’t take long at all.
