I have been going to Toyota of Richardson for service, it’s closer to home than Prosper location. I received bad service at Richardson location. They were trying to charge me for routine maintenance and I told them it was supposed to all included. They said the Prosper dealership was wrong. I told them I wanted my vehicle back and left. I will bring my vehicle to Prosper for all future servicing. Thank you for also being so quick.
