I really appreciate his excellent customer care My only complaint is the cost of the key- I feel the price takes advantage of the customer. $425 is double what you should charge.

Alicia was wonderful - very prompt, professional, and pleasant. I am frustrated with Toyota. I have been a loyal Toyota fan for at least 30 years. I do not understand why Toyota has not fixed the rodent issue and the wiring. The Pacific Northwest is filled with critters especially if you are adventurous as many Toyota owners are. Why doesn’t Toyota put the screen up preventively to prevent/discourage rodents getting in through the air filter? And perhaps rethink what they are coating their wires with? It is very disheartening to have a vehicle only 2 years old or less needing to be towed and worked on - these are not inexpensive vehicles and trust in your vehicle is so important (the main reason I get a new vehicle every few years). This happened to me 4 or 5 years ago with a new Tacoma too. Kirsta ****-****-xxxx
