I assume Dustin was the associate who checked me in and out. His service was professional and fine. However, I have an issue with the service itself. The interior of passenger side door was covered in dirt/mud. Almost looked like footprints. I have a picture of one of the spots (there were two) if someone is interested.

Chester was awesome! I brought my car in for a seatbelt recall. Since, this was being worked on, I asked Chester, if the technician could check my two charging ports, becauae they were not working. He mentiomed that if the problem warranted a full diagnosis, it would costs a certain amount. Though, there was a challenge beyond the blown fuse, a full diagnosis was not needed. So, the costs was less than I expected. Honesty is important to me, and both Chester and the technician exhibited this. Thanks to them both!!
