Initially I got frustrated because I’d said I wanted a written estimate for my brakes & I didn’t get a verbal response from clerk who wrote “ brakes” on a sheet I thought that meant she was ordering the brakes to be done.. So I objected. Turned out she gave me the written est. when she printed out the sheets but I didn’t know that. It worked out & my brakes were so bad I decided to replace them instead of shopping more.
